We bring the people reinventing Indian education into one room, and build it with them from inside real classrooms.
By the end you know why you care, what you would build, and how you would start. And you have the confidence to go and do it.
My cohort freed me of the belief that there's a right way to do things in education, or in life. The only answer worth having is the one that works for you.Divya Somani, Cohort 1
The fellowship comes down to a few things: the courage to act, clarity on the what, why, and how of your work, and a community that keeps you going. We build them together, in a few ways.
You come to understand the wider education space: what people are trying, what is working, and what isn't.
You look at your own role, and find the space to tell your story, the outer one and the inner one, through masterclasses and the rooms we hold together.
You see the innovation happening around you, so your work stays connected to a bigger picture instead of growing in isolation.
Visiting schools and learning spaces across the host city is a big part of this: watching different pedagogies up close, and talking with the educators and school leaders who run them. It's one part of a larger whole, not the whole thing.
Get sharp on the problem that's yours to solve before you build a thing.
Take an idea to a prototype, then to a real pilot, and present it at Demo Day.
People who care about this as much as you do, and who stay in your corner long after.
Whether you already have a school or an idea and want to make it stronger, or you want to start building toward one.
Maybe a school, a K-12 offering, an after-school program, or learning play-kits. You come to understand the wider landscape and the innovation around you, see where your work fits, and find the people to build it with.
Maybe a new AI curriculum, or a teacher-training tracker. The point here is clarity: to explore what you could build and what's possible, and to get sharp on the why, the what, and the how. There's a process to help you do exactly that.
Either way, what matters is that you're curious, and actively building in this space.
Building in silos is outdated. You build better, and braver, when you build together.
